Returns & Exchanges

Orders typically arrive 4 to 7 business days if shipped UPS Ground or United States Postal Service after shipping notification. A tracking confirmation number will be sent out via email when your order has been shipped.

If an item is out of stock we will notify you via email. Please allow more time for shipping. Every attempt will be made to get your order out as quickly as possible!

We will happily accept returns or exchanges. Please email us at returns@thevelvetsnoot.com or call us at (877) 432-6004 prior to returning the item for a Return Authorization number to include with your return.

1. No returns will be accepted without a proper return authorization number.
2. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving the item and be sent back in its original packaging and condition.
3. Perishable, sale, personalized items and special orders are non-refundable.
4. We recommend that all items shipped to us be insured since we cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
